The wedding of Julie and Nadim was a dream come true at Campus on Lake Austin. The sun was shining and the waters of Lake Austin glistened, making it the perfect venue for this special day. The day was made for this wonderful couple and it was nothing less than perfect.
The day started off with a first look between the bride and her bridesmaids. Then, we had the adorable first look between the bride and groom. It was a sweet and magical moment. Julie was a vision in her beautiful gown, and Nadim couldn’t take his eyes off of her.
Next, the ceremony was sweet and intimate, with the sun setting and casting a stunning golden color over the atmosphere. Julie and Nadim exchanged their vows in front of their closest family and friends. The love between them was palpable.
We worked alongside the brilliant Holly Marie Photography in capturing the beautiful scenes of this day. After the ceremony, the sun had set and the sky was a beautiful orange color, creating the perfect backdrop for unforgettable shots.
Lastly, the reception was a lively celebration filled with speeches, laughter, and joy. Rayne Desserts created two cakes. One was a gorgeous wedding cake and the other shaped as a pyramid in honor of Nadim’s Egyptian roots. The Royal Dukes Band kept the party going all night. Julie and Nadim danced the night away surrounded by their nearest and dearest.
Shelbi Rampy was the event coordinator and did an incredible job in making this day run smoothly. From start to finish, the wedding of Julie and Nadim at Campus on Lake Austin was a true celebration of love. Everyone in attendance will surely remember this in the years to come.

“When I reflect back on how our relationship started, I can’t help but think we are meant to be together.” – Julie
Julie and Nadim’s love story started in 2014 when they first met at a mixer in West Campus. Despite hitting it off, Julie didn’t immediately follow up with Nadim, but fate brought them together again a year later at a Superbowl party. On their first date on Valentine’s Day, they both knew they had something special. Nadim proposed to Julie on top of a mountain in Colorado on December 28, 2020, and it was perfect.
All in all, their wedding day was a beautiful celebration of their love and commitment to each other. PhotoHouse Films is honored to document this breathtaking wedding. The couple’s timeless love story is a testament to the power of fate, and a reminder that true love always finds a way.
