Villa Antonia‘s timeless charm, combined with Ashley Nicole Affair‘s excellent coordination and the contribution of remarkable vendors, created an absolutely flawless wedding day for Ivana and Sam. It was a celebration straight out of a fairytale magazine and it felt like a dream. Yet, at its heart, it was Ivana and Sam’s love that made the day special! Plus, witnessing the happy couple surrounded by supportive family and friends, who dedicated the entire day to express their love, was truly heartwarming. The wedding was a perfect blend of elegance and fun, creating an atmosphere that was not only beautiful but also incredibly enjoyable for everyone in attendance.

Elegant Wedding Videography at Villa Antonia
It was a perfect day at the stunning Villa Antonia. The buzz of excitement filled the air as everyone geared up for a wedding destined to be unforgettable. You could sense the significance of the day. It felt big, but there was a light and positive energy that wrapped around everything. Sam and Ivana, surrounded by their closest friends and family, added a personal touch to the preparations. There were so many heartfelt moments — from the emotional first looks shared with Ivana by the bridesmaids and her father to the touching exchange between her and Sam. Portraits were captured before the ceremony. The day was off to a perfect start — thanks to the expert coordination of Ashley Nicole Affair.
The ceremony itself was beautiful. It was adorned with stunning flowers and a charming arch courtesy of Christie Turner Floral Designs. They perfectly complemented Villa Antonia’s ambiance. Scott Payne officiated the ceremony with his usual warmth and enthusiasm. The vows were so adorable and heartfelt. There’s a promise of sweetness and sincerity that they will no doubt carry their entire lives together.
Then the reception unfolded in grand style, with tables and decor arranged to perfection. The towering cake from Cakes Rock!!! stole the spotlight, marking the beginning of a private cake-cutting ceremony. The toasts flowed and the dancefloor came alive. The reception reached a whole new level of excitement with the addition of Austin Samba. It was such a brilliant and lively touch that brought an incredible energy to the celebration! The joy and warmth from everybody made it truly a one-of-a-kind celebration. Kudos to PDA Band for keeping the party atmosphere going strong all throughout the evening! This night of fun and dancing paved the way for a grand exit that wonderfully capped this iconic wedding day!
Ivana and Sam’s Love Story glows at Villa Antonia
Sam and Ivana’s love story began unexpectedly at the UT vs. Texas Tech football game in November 2017. By chance, they found themselves seated next to each other, sparking a conversation about their shared love for live music. Sam, using his charm, obtained Ivana’s number and proposed a first date two months later to see Milky Chance in Austin, a band they both admired. Their first date was a hit, with strangers even recognizing their compatibility.
One month later and many more dates in between, on Valentine’s Day, Sam officially asked Ivana to be his girlfriend. Their relationship faced the challenge of distance when Ivana moved to Barcelona for her Masters, while Sam started medical school in Chicago. Despite the miles, their love endured, and by summer, Ivana gained acceptance into medical school at Michigan State University, bringing them closer.
COVID-19 unexpectedly gave them the chance to experience living together — not having to deal with long distance anymore. During this time, their bond deepened, and on a rainy day in Chicago, Sam proposed to Ivana on a rooftop bar overlooking Lake Michigan. Then, the rest is history and now we get to watch their love story film as many times as we want!
