Cinematic Memories of a Colorful, Unforgettable Day
Grace and Dain’s wedding day began beautifully, with soft morning light pouring into the Drinkards’ home. Inside, the girls were having the best time — laughing, getting ready, and soaking in the joy of the day alongside Grace’s mom. We absolutely loved their oversized jean long-sleeves as robes — such a fun and creative touch that looked amazing with the wedding colors and florals. Speaking of florals, Grace’s sister-in-law, Karina of KD Floral Design, brought the magic. Every bouquet, every bloom — it was all breathtaking.
While the girls were getting glammed up, the guys were already dressed and ready… and Dain, expecting a sweet moment with his bride during their planned first touch, was instead greeted by Grace’s older brother in a playful little prank that had everyone cracking up. Once everyone was dressed and ready, the day unfolded into the sweetest series of first looks—Grace with her bridesmaids, then with her brothers, and each one was full of love and excitement. Her girls wore mismatched dresses in soft, pastel hues, and together they looked like a dreamy rainbow — so fresh, so joyful, so Grace.
The Ceremony
The ceremony itself was stunning. Set outdoors, with nature as the backdrop, the moment Grace’s brothers walked her down the aisle was especially touching. The air felt full — of love, of light, and of something sacred. From start to finish, it was a perfect mix of laughter and heartfelt tears. Everyone was so present, so connected, and you could feel how much love surrounded Grace and Dain.
Afterward, we had the best time capturing portraits: big family hugs, joyful group shots, and the most romantic photos of Grace and Dain by the lake. The golden hour light did its thing, and it was magic.
The Reception
And then… the reception. WHAT. A. PARTY. From the moment the music started, the energy never dropped. Not even once. The Premier Austin DJs absolutely crushed it — every song, every beat had the crowd on their feet. It was a night of nonstop dancing, laughing, and celebrating. Truly no dull moment, just pure joy all the way through.
We’re so, so happy for Grace and Dain, and beyond honored to have been a part of their day. From beginning to end, it was vibrant, heartfelt, and full of life, just like them. Wishing them nothing but the best in the world as they begin this beautiful new chapter together!
