Cody and Holly’s Industrial-Chic Wedding at 800 Congress perfectly blended style and history. The chic event venue on historic Congress Avenue in Downtown Austin provided a picturesque setting for the couple’s special day. The venue’s industrial aesthetic and numerous opportunities for stunning photography and videography were expertly captured by PhotoHouse Films. The result was a memorable wedding day filled with beautiful moments.

Industrial-Chic Wedding Videography at 800 Congress

Choosing three venues for this wedding was a bold move, but it paid off in spades. Through meticulous planning, multiple venues for a wedding can elevate the overall experience for the couple and their guests. The locations were carefully selected and added a special charm to the occasion. Each venue contributed to creating a truly unforgettable experience. These memories will be cherished by the couple and their guests forever.

Excitement filled the air as we arrived at the Stephen F Austin Hotel. The couple looked stunning, with Holly in a modern yet timeless dress and Cody in a crisp white suit and black pants. It was clear this day was looked forward to by everyone.

After the heartwarming first look at the hotel, the couple strolled downtown Austin in style with their stylish bridesmaids and groomsmen. They took in the sights and posed for candid shots that captured their love and joy.

The ceremony at the Central Christian Church was beautiful and emotional. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows, and everyone felt their love and commitment. Love, laughter, and happy tears filled the ceremony, a moment everyone will cherish.

Finally, the reception at 800 Congress was a blast! Guests danced to the beats of Bat City Beats, and everyone was having a great time. The reception was elegant, classy, and well-planned by Lauren McGill. It was a fun day walking down Congress.

It was a wonderful wedding! Surely, Holly and Cody will treasure these memories for years to come.

800 Congress Hosts the Romantic Story of Holly and Cody

What’s beautiful about love stories is that you’ll never know how they start. Holly and Cody’s love story is one of the best!

According to the couple, they met as strangers when Holly shouted, “I’m going to Ireland. Who’s going with me?” at the Mean Eyed Cat in Austin. Cody heard this and said, “I’ll go!”

Next thing they knew, they spent two weeks getting to know each other while driving 700 miles on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way coast! This beats anything from the movies or romance novels anytime!

After Holly went on an extended solo trip to Germany (and Cody went back home), she realized how much she missed Cody and invited him to join her in Italy!  Not one week later, despite having a business to help run back in Austin, Cody packed his bags again and flew back to Europe.

They explored Italy together for 15 days and decided to make their vacation into a real relationship. They returned home to Austin to test if they could last in the real world, and six years later, they had a home together, a flock full of chickens, and were excited to start this next chapter of life!

Your love story might just be the next one we capture!
