Rustic Wedding Videography at Campus on Lake Austin
Izzy and David’s wedding day may have been a rainy one, but the love and warmth from their family and friends shone through. The preparations went smoothly, and everyone was happy and excited for the couple’s special day. The videography team had the pleasure of working alongside J Bell Photography, who captured stunning photos of the wedding.
Although the ceremony had to be moved indoors due to the rain, it was still a beautiful and emotional event. Many happy tears were shed as Izzy and David exchanged their vows. The flowers by Two Souls Desire added the perfect touch of elegance to the wedding.
The reception was a blast, with the couple playing table games with each of their guests. There were emotional parent dances, heartfelt toasts, and a surprise song from the bride’s mom. Instead of a traditional cake, the couple opted for a cupcake bar. The dance floor was opened by Toast Entertainment, who did an outstanding job leading the party.
As the night came to a close, the couple shared a private dance before a sparkler exit onto a boat. Gatherings Reimagined coordinated the event seamlessly, and everyone had a fantastic time celebrating the union of Izzy and David. Izzy and David met at a rooftop bar in Austin, where they were introduced by mutual friends. However, they were both in relationships that time. They would see each other from time to time and couldn’t deny the sparks that were always flying. It wasn’t until the summer of 2018 when the timing was finally right, and they became inseparable. As their love grew stronger, David knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Izzy. In September 2021, he proposed to her at their favorite spot in Austin — at Campus on Lake Austin! They stood on a two-story dock overlooking the serene waters of Lake Austin, and David asked Izzy to be his partner for life. The location holds a lot of meaning for them, as it’s where they fell even more in love and made a lifetime commitment to each other.
