PhotoHouse Films ("we," "us," or "our") photographs and films weddings, portraits and commercial events. This policy explains what information we collect through photohousefilms.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

Information we collectInformation you give us. When you fill out our contact form, request pricing, book a consultation or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, wedding or event date, venue, and whatever you tell us about the day you are planning.
Information about how you use our site. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and how long you stay. We use this to understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not.

Text messaging and mobile informationIf you give us your mobile number and check the box consenting to text messages, we may send you follow-up and marketing text messages about our photography and videography services. Here is exactly how that works.
Consent is never required. You do not have to agree to texts to contact us, receive pricing, or book us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@photohousefilms.com or (737) 201-1120.
When we text. We send text messages only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Central time Monday through Saturday, and between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM Central time on Sunday.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share informationWe do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
We share information only in these situations:
Service providers who help us run the business. Our booking and client management system, email platform, phone and text platform, payment processor, cloud storage and gallery delivery services. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.Your wedding vendor team, when coordinating your day requires it. This is typically your planner, coordinator or venue, and only the details relevant to the shoot.Our editing partners, including our post-production team, who work on your images and films under confidentiality obligations.When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.If our business is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose.

Your photographs and filmsOur photography contract, not this policy, governs the images and films we create for you, including how they may be used for promotion or in our portfolio. If you would prefer that we do not share your images publicly, tell us and we will honor it. Just let us know in writing so that we have a record.

How long we keep informationWe keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful to us and to you, and client records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and contractual purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except where we are required to keep it.
