Hidden River Ranch is one of those venues that has quietly been part of the PhotoHouse Films story for a long time. We’ve been coming out here for years, through different seasons of our company and a lot of different wedding days. Every time we return, there’s a familiarity to it that I really appreciate.

There’s something special about getting to know a place over time.

When you photograph and film a venue more than once, you stop looking at it as a list of locations. You start understanding how the day actually moves through the property, where people naturally gather, and where some of the best moments tend to happen without anyone planning them.

Hidden River Ranch has given our team a lot of those moments.

We’ve been here for quiet wedding mornings, full receptions, celebrations that carried late into the night, and even a few surprises along the way. No two weddings have felt exactly the same.

What I’ve also appreciated is that our relationship with Hidden River Ranch has continued beyond individual wedding days. Over the years, we’ve sent their team finished galleries, wedding films, and stories from celebrations we’ve captured there so that the work can continue to live beyond the day itself.

That matters to us. We never want our relationship with a venue to be simply showing up, doing our job, and leaving.

We’re grateful for every wedding we’ve been trusted to capture at Hidden River Ranch and for every opportunity to return.

THE CHAPEL

Stepping into The Chapel at Hidden River Ranch feels like entering a serene sanctuary designed specifically to celebrate your story. With its stone exterior, rich wooden beams, and soaring ceilings, the space offers an enduring atmosphere that our photo and video team loves to capture. We work intentionally with the chapel's natural lighting throughout the day to preserve the authentic energy of your vows, ensuring every quiet glance and unscripted emotion is documented with absolute clarity and depth.

THE EVENT 
BARN

Designed to bring your reception to life, The Event Barn at Hidden River Ranch combines rustic grandeur with a sophisticated atmosphere, comfortably hosting up to 300 guests. Featuring grand wooden arches, high ceilings, four elegant chandeliers, and a striking stone fireplace, the spacious hall provides a dynamic backdrop for every moment of your celebration. Our photo and video team relies on these architectural elements and natural ambient light to frame authentic moments, capturing everything from wide room shots during toasts to close-up, candid angles on the dance floor.

THE OUTDOOR
PAVILLION

Built for open-air celebrations, The Outdoor Pavilion at Hidden River Ranch comfortably accommodates over 300 guests against a scenic Texas Hill Country backdrop. The space features a spacious ceremony stage, rustic lantern chandeliers, and a manicured, irrigated lawn overlooking a tranquil water feature. Framing your day against these expansive views and open landscape, our team brings a distinct eye for natural light and movement, allowing us to seamlessly frame wide architectural shots alongside genuine, emotion-filled interactions as your story unfolds.

WATERFRONT

Framed by open Texas skies, the pond at Hidden River Ranch serves as one of the venue's most tranquil and captivating outdoor features. The still water naturally creates mirror-like reflections of the surrounding landscape, offering a serene setting for your guests to enjoy. For your photo and video story, it provides a naturally picturesque backdrop for couples' portraits and cinematic film scenes, particularly as golden hour light catches the water's edge.

BRIDAL SUITE &
GROOM'S ROOM

Connected directly to the Event Barn, the getting-ready suites provide effortless pre-ceremony convenience for both wedding parties. The Bridal Suite offers bright vanity space and quiet corners for hair, makeup, and candid morning prep, while the Groom’s Room provides a laid-back lounge and outdoor patio for pre-ceremony downtime. Together, they give your photo and video team versatile backdrops and generous natural light to capture authentic getting-ready moments.
